Jan Pol is an unforgettable name in the field of animal education advocates. Dr. Pol is a vet who specializes in large farm animals. In one of the episodes of ‘The Incredible Dr. Pol,’ Diane was seen wearing a neck brace throughout. This wasn’t made a headline, but she mentioned that she had a back injury. Thankfully, she recovered pretty quickly, and hence, nothing much was revealed about the surgery. As she has always been the greatest help to the clinic and to Dr. Pol, her son Charles was seen taking care of the clinic during her injury.
In an interview with Michigan’s Morning Show, Dr Pol mentioned that he suffered a serious ankle injury in 2015. He mentioned how his ankle got mentioned while playing soccer with his grandchildren, and he had to go through a major ankle surgery.

Children and Grandchildren
The Pol couple didn’t give birth to any child, but this didn’t stop them from having children. They’ve adopted three children: Diane Jr, Kathy Pol, and Charles Pol.
Kathy was born on the 21st of August 1973 and was adopted as the first kid in the family. She has two children named Adam James Butch and Rachel Butch but lost her husband due to cancer. Also, in an unfortunate event, Dr. Pol’s grandson Adam James Butch passed away in 2019.
Charles was born on 6 March 1979 and was adopted as a second child in the Pol family.
Charles and his wife, Beth, have two children, Abigail and Silas.
