Tia Torres is a renowned TV personality and has been a part of various TV shows. Amongst all, her most popular show is Animal Planet aired ‘Pitbull and Parolees’, which has already completed its 19th season. Apart from being the cast of “Pitbull and Parolees‘, Tia is known for her work as a founder of a Pit Bull rescue foundation, The founder of Villalobos Rescue Center.
Tia was born on June 11, 1960, in the beautiful state of California. Villalobos Rescue Center was founded by Tia with the mission to rescue dogs that people feared and re-acclimate them to the loving care of humans so that they could eventually get adopted.
Tia also released her first book, ‘My Life Among The Underdogs, ’ in 2019. It is a story about her love for dogs.

Pit Bulls and Parolees Tia Torres got married to Aren Marcus Jackson a long time back in 2006. But the marriage couldn’t last very long due to Aren’s continued crime. Tia Torres’ former husband, Aren, has had a criminal history from his early days, as even when Tia first met Aren, he was behind bars.
He was passing his fourteen-year-long sentence for being involved in the shootout with Orange County deputies. The ex-couple first met when Tia was already involved in a dog rescue campaign and was searching for the owner of a lost dog that Tia had found.
After investigating a lot, she found out that Aren was the owner of the dog and was inside the prison. When Tia went to meet Aren, despite his criminal history, his aroma caught Tia’s eye and both fell in love.
Tia always had a hope that after passing his sentence, her love would change Aren’s criminal behavior.
Unfortunately, that didn’t happen, as just after a year of getting out of prison, Aren was convicted of 11 felonies and sent back to prison to serve a sentence of 15 years. While fans speculated that the couple were still married, Tia broke the silence via her Facebook post in 2018, saying that they divorced long ago.

In 2007, Aren was accused of 11 charges of theft, attempt to murd3r, and many more and was sentenced to prison for 15 years. Aren’s charge might have ended in 2022, but there isn’t any further information on his release date and on him being released.

While viewers suspected that Tia was waiting for Aren to be out of jail, Tia mentioned that she is single humorously while suggesting a unique approach to dating, where potential partners need to impress her dogs, and if they get lucky, they can have a chance with her through her Facebook post back in 2018.
After the show got canceled, Tia is currently focusing on her own YouTube channel and working full-time in rescuing and rehabilitating Pit Bulls.
